Arthur Ngoma — Director

Arthur brings over 15 years as a Senior Technical Consultant across the Microsoft ecosystem, delivering enterprise solutions for organisations including Rio Tinto, Housing Industry Australia, Iluka Resources, and the WA Department of Training and Workforce Development.

His work spans solution architecture, functional analysis, and hands-on development — M365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and CI/CD pipelines. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Software Engineering) with Honours from Curtin University and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect.

Arthur's current focus is agentic AI workflows and Claude-based architecture — extending the same rigour from enterprise systems into the next generation of AI-driven tools.

Nyasha Ngoma — Director

Nyasha is a Business Analyst with a people-first, outcomes-focused approach to technology. She holds a Master of Information Systems and Technology from Curtin University and works across enterprise applications, CRM platforms, data analysis, and process improvement in the energy and healthcare sectors.

Her experience covers the full analysis lifecycle — stakeholder workshops, requirements documentation, SIT and UAT planning, and post-implementation review — across Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud), Dynamics 365, and SAP ISU. She has led initiatives spanning compliance-driven CRM integration, RPA automation that freed up a full FTE, cross-system data remediation, and Power BI reporting used for budgeting and margin tracking.

Nyasha is BABOK-aligned, with IIBA CCBA certification in progress, and works comfortably across hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery. Her strength is translation: turning complex technical detail into clear, decision-ready information, and keeping stakeholders brought along rather than merely informed.
